Have you ever woken up one day, and all of a sudden it hits you? “Wow! What happened?” You look in the mirror and have no clue how your belly got so big over night.
That is where I am at right now. I have been traveling more for my job, and have not been making the best food choices. For some reason I seem to tell myself that it’s ok to eat bad when you are on the road.
Plus, I don’t work out more than I do lately.
So why is it so shocking that pants don’t fit, and I don’t feel good about my body?
It all adds up looking back. Bad food choices + no exercise = exactly what I am feeling right now. I have got to get myself motivated! I am going to start with setting some short term goals for myself, and get on a plan. I am thinking about doing the 12 week Turbulence Training challenge, but know it is going to be hard work!
