
Pumpkin pie, apple pie, fresh fudge, and just about anything you can dream of is usually what we are surrounded by during the holidays. No wonder we all end up gaining weight before the end of December! How can you avoid it?
The first thing I would tell you to do is monitor how much food you are taking in. Write it down. Every time you take a bite of something, write it down so you can have a record of everything that you ate that day. Remember, if you don’t write something down, you are only lying to yourself!
Second, try to take time to do a workout. This is even more important during the holidays when we normally take in more calories.
I know that this is the busiest time of the year, and you are probably thinking, Workout … … like I have time for that!
