Today is day #10 on the 30 Day MAP Fat Loss Challenge, and I am disappointed in my efforts so far. I know that the results would be great if I would just give it my all. I have been sticking strictly to the Elimination Diet, and feel great for doing that, but I have been missing workouts.
I need to get every workout in. Things have to change from this point on. Day 11 will be a better post than this one. Promise!
I would like to thank Dax for everything he has done for the people doing the MAP Fat Loss challenge, and I would like to personally like to say sorry for not giving it my all.
I promise to change my ways from here on out!
