Well Day 3 of the challenge is in the books and I’m a bit disappointed with my efforts so far. Yesterday was another good day eating Elimination Diet, but my effort with working out has been terrible. Again I only did the Meltdown workout and it wasn’t until after 6 pm when that happened.
