Day 1 of the 30 Day M.A.P. Fat Loss Challenge has been a tough one. Sticking to the elimination diet was not bad, but finding time to get in all of the workouts was tough. My workload as a freelance Fire Sprinkler Designer has been overwhelming lately. I was able to do my Meltdown, ICP, and POWER circuit workouts, but did not manage to get in an interval session. The Meltdown was challenging and I had forgotten how tough it really is. I felt stronger doing ICP than I did in January and the POWER circuit really burns my shoulders. Overall, I am happy with the start. Now I need to make sure to get in all 4 workouts daily!

Chest – 42.5 in.
Waist – 38.75 in.
Arms – 12.5 in.
Hips – 39.5 in.
Thigh – 23.5 in.
