Dinner can be the most dreaded meal of the day! Why? Because nobody wants to figure out what to eat, and then cook it! I know that I don’t!
Well here is an idea that is a good, supportive choice for you body that is easy! The best part is you can put it in the cock pot in the morning when you leave for work, and when you get home, dinner is ready!!

Look for a lean top round or eye of round roast and get whatever other veggies you would like to throw in there with it. I used carrots, celery, and onion. I also added a little garlic for flavor! Also, I used vegetable broth, but you can also use beef broth. Just look for low sodium, and one that does not have a lot of additives!
Then, all you need to do is turn the crock pot to low, put in the roast, cover it with broth, add veggies, and you are good to go! Now dinner will be waiting for you!
Not only does this make a great meal, but is great for leftovers too!
I hope this helps you with an idea for at least one dinner! Also know that you can lose weight and look great by eating your own food! You don’t need Nutrisystem or Jenny Craig to tell you what to eat!
