Have A Look At My Workout / Food Log

After posting a blog about why it is helpful to keep a food log or a workout log, I thought that it might be nice for you to see mine!

Plus, I will tell you a little bit about the results that I have had so far with the Fit Yummy Mummy 12 week challenge.

I hope this has inspired you to get started with a food log, or a workout plan. You to can get results as fast as I have.  I am still blown away that I have lost 2.25″ off of my belly in just 4 weeks!  The Fit Yummy Mummy 12 week challenge has been so helpful for me, and has kept me going!  I know I can do this, and you can too!

    Love your video!!
    Great points and so great that you shared your journal with us!!
    Great idea about tracking how certain foods make you feel. I usually just brush it off and think well that’s the way it’s going to be i.e. bloating with too many carbs for me but I should keep better track and really narrow it down!!
    Look forward to more updates!! We’re almost to the end of the Challenge now…we can do this!!
