Hello everyone! It has been a while since I have posted due to life, and work! I made myself site down and write something tonight.
So, I am almost done with my 12 week Transformation Challenge, and I am feeling great! The past few weeks have been hard for me because I have been working on site at different hospitals, and have been challenged with making good food choices and keeping myself hydrated. It was also hard after working 12 hour days in heels to make myself workout. Even though I did not feel like it, it did it anyway. Sometimes I felt like I was giving my workout 100%, I still think that is was only physically possible to give 80%.
As far as eating, I made sure that I always had some almonds with me and a water. This did help to make sure that I was not starving, and it helped me make better choices on other meals.
After 3 weeks of basically being on the road, I am exhausted, but still feeling great because I kept up my workout routine and my eating plan.
When I have finished the challenge, I will do another video of my workout log, and depending on the results, I will have some before and after pictures!
