Does It Seem Like You Cannot Lose Weight?

Does it seem like no matter what you do, you just cannot lose weight?  I doesn’t matter what diet you do, what workouts you try, it just seems to stay the same with no weight loss!

What I recommend you start doing is keeping a log of everything that you do, every day for two weeks.  Write down every single thing that you eat, everything!  Don’t lie.  You will only be lying to yourself!  Also, track any exercising that you do.

Now, lets take a look at your log.  How many meals did you eat every day?  How long did you wait to eat in between meals?  What kind of physical activity did you get?  How much water did you drink?  How much sleep did you get?

These things will effect your weight loss, and could be the reason why you cannot lose weight.

Now, what I would like you to do is log everything that you do for two weeks, just like before, but follow these tips.

1.  Drink half of your body weight in ounces of water every day.

2.  Cut out all fluids that are not water or hot tea.

3.  Eat evry 2 – 3 hours.

4.  Make sure every meal contains a lean protein, and a fresh produce.  You can also add complex carbohydrates to your meals if needed.

5.  Re-evaluate your exercise plan to make sure that it is the right one for you.

~ May I suggest that you look into online programs.  They have many different programs to meet your needs, and many of them can be done from your home!

6.  Make sure that you get plenty of sleep every night!

7.  Last, get an accountability partner.  This will help to make sure you will reach your weight loss goals!

Now that you have tracked everything that you have done while following these tips, how do you feel?  How do you feel in comparison to how you felt after the first two weeks?  If you have followed those 7 tips, you should feel much better just in this short time.

So now that you have a starting point, keep it up!  You will go from someone that cannot lose weight to someone who is losing weight, and reaching their weight loss goals!

Now is the time!  Start now!
