			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today is day #10 on the 30 Day MAP Fat Loss Challenge, and I am disappointed in my efforts so far.  I know that the results would be great if I would just give it my all.  I have been sticking strictly to the Elimination Diet, and feel great for doing that, but I have been missing workouts.</p>
<p>I need to get every workout in.  Things have to change from this point on.  Day 11 will be a better post than this one.  Promise!</p>
<p>I would like to thank Dax for everything he has done for the people doing the MAP Fat Loss challenge, and I would like to personally like to say sorry for not giving it my all.</p>
<p>I promise to change my ways from here on out!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Day 9 on the MAP challenge!  I am so glad that I am doing this challenge, and have enjoyed doing it along with my husband Tony.  There is one workout that we always do together, and we have a blast.  It is one of the hardest workouts, and you have 20 minutes to get through all of it, so it is encouraging for me to see him going strong, and it keeps me going strong too.</p>
<p>I have also enjoyed doing the Elimination Diet.  This is something that I need to be on all year because it makes me feel so much better.  I have no stomach bloating or pain, and I just feel great!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Day 5!!  Today was a VERY challenging day because I was so busy with work and it was very hard to find time for myself today.  It can be so hard to find time to work, be a mom, workout and cook all in one day.  It is normally me that I leave out to fit the others in.</p>
<p>I am making a promise to myself to make sure that I find time for myself so that I can exercise.  My children with have a healthier, happier mother if I do.</p>
<p>Hopefully tomorrow will be better because it is Saturday!  Have a great weekend everyone!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well Day 3 of the challenge is in the books and I&#8217;m a bit disappointed with my efforts so far.  Yesterday was another good day eating <a href="http://www.waystoburnfatquickly.com/eliminationdietcookbook" target="_blank">Elimination Diet</a>, but my effort with working out has been terrible.  Again I only did the Meltdown workout and it wasn&#8217;t until after 6 pm when that happened.  It&#8217;s time to stop messing around and do this challenge by the book.  Check out Dax Moy and <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.waystoburnfatquickly.com/a/London_Personal_Training_Studio/944/2" target="_blank">London Personal Training Studio</a> for more info about this challenge and fat loss in general.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Day 3 on the 30 Day MAP Fat Loss Challenge and I am feeling a little better.  Today I was able to eat more and go workouts.  I feel so much better when I eat only Elimination Diet food and leave out all the other crap!  I am learning that planning ahead for my meals, and prepping ahead of time is paying off big time.</p>
<p>Having good, supportive foods have helped me stay on the right track.  You normally grab foods that are bad for you because they are there and they are quick.  Planning ahead makes choosing healthy foods just as easy.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yesterday was Day 2 of <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.waystoburnfatquickly.com/a/Dax_Moy_s_30_day_MAP_Fat_Loss_Challenge/942/1" target="_blank">Dax Moy&#8217;s 30-day MAP Fat Loss Challenge</a>.  My diet was good, but getting the workouts in proved to be a challenge.  The only workout I forced myself to do was the Meltdown.  I was pretty sore today, but not as bad as the start in January.  I feel stronger with my workouts and the soreness is easier to manage this time around.  Hopefully I can rearrange my work days to enable me to get all the workouts in every day from now on.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Day 2, and I am sick! I think I have a case of the flu. Today, I called in sick to work and stayed in bed all day. No eating&#8230;..and no workouts.  I think this same thing happened to me during the Meltdown.  It is almost like my body knows what is coming and does not want to do it, and I end up sick.</p>
<p>Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day and I can get back to the MAP Challenge.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Day 1 of the <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.waystoburnfatquickly.com/a/30_Day_M_A_P_Fat_Loss_Challenge/938/1" target="_blank">30 Day M.A.P. Fat Loss Challenge</a> has been a tough one.  Sticking to the elimination diet was not bad, but finding time to get in all of the workouts was tough.  My workload as a freelance Fire Sprinkler Designer has been overwhelming lately.  I was able to do my Meltdown, ICP, and POWER circuit workouts, but did not manage to get in an interval session.  The Meltdown was challenging and I had forgotten how tough it really is.  I felt stronger doing ICP than I did in January and the POWER circuit really burns my shoulders.  Overall, I am happy with the start.  Now I need to make sure to get in all 4 workouts daily!</p>
<p>Here are my starting measurements:</p>
<p>Weight &#8211; 209.8 lb<br />
Chest &#8211; 42.5 in.<br />
Waist &#8211; 38.75 in.<br />
Arms &#8211; 12.5 in.<br />
Hips &#8211; 39.5 in.<br />
Thigh &#8211; 23.5 in.</p>
