[30-day MAP Tony] – Day 6

Well here we are after 6 days of the 30 day MAP Fat Loss Challenge and I have yet to complete a single “complete” day of the workouts.  Even though I’ve done a bad job with getting every workout in, I still feel stronger than when I started.  I haven’t stepped on the scale or taken measurements since the start, but I do feel a little bit of progress.  This coming week I am going to make a better effort to get in all of the workouts.  You can read more about Dax Moy at his London Personal Training Studio website.
