Meltdown 2010 has been kicking my butt! I am glad for that by the way. I needed it. I am now finding that I am not as tempted by foods that I used to crave, and would never be able to resist. I have stayed away from bad things that are still in my home, like my kids candy they got in their stockings for Christmas.
The workouts are unbelievable, and and I have done every one in my home. I am feeling like I have so much more energy, and am consistently improving on my workouts.
Eating has been so much easier. It is actually less stressful for me during the week, because I already know what we are eating for every meal. The kids are even starting to like what I have been cooking. The Elimination Diet Cookbook has been critical to giving us a variety of foods to eat during the week.
I am still just blown away at the results that I am seeing after 9 days. Dax knows what he is doing, that’s for sure!
