Meltdown 2010 Day 5

Wow!  Day 5!  I know that does not sound like much, but I never thought I would make it this far.  This has been one of the most challenging things I have ever done, but is now starting to be normal.

It has always been so hard for me to get my diet in check to get the results that I wanted from my workouts.  If you think that you can eat whatever you want, as long as you workout out, that may work, if you are a teenager!  That does not work for us adults ;)

The Meltdown uses the Elimination Diet eating plan, and it has been wonderful for me.  Tonight we cooked Chicken A L’ orange from the Elimination Diet Cookbook, and it was wonderful.  Even my picky eating children loved it.

This can be done!

Today has been very encouraging!
