Meltdown 2010 Day 31

This is the LAST DAY of the Meltdown 2010 challenge with Dax Moy!  I have made it!  This is the finish line, and I am running through as fast as I can.  Dax stayed on us about going strong, and giving it your all 100% of the time.

So in the 31 days, I have completely changed my eating.

I am now eating only the Elimination Diet.

I no longer drink coffee.

I drink much more water.

I get more sleep.

I wake up happier.

I consistently work out.

Oh, and I can now fit back into the pants that I was about to toss out the window!

All I have to say to Dax is Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!  Dax Moy has been wonderful!

I also would like to say Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you to my wonderful husband who did this with me.  We made it!

We were both shocked to death that we finished this challenge!

Well, measurements will follow!  Thank you for reading my posts and helping me keep myself accountable.
