I only have 5 days left on the Meltdown 2010! It is so hard to believe that I have made it this far. I am not known for finishing things that I start. This is quite an accomplishment for me!
I love the way that my clothes are fitting me now. I had pants that I was ready to donate that I can now wear! Trust me, I am so excited!
Even when the Meltdown is over, trust me, I will not stop. This has transformed me, but it was a jump start to where I would like to be. I will continue doing the Elimination Diet. The cookbook that Dax has made is full of wonderful recipes!
My husband and I have enjoyed picking out recipes for the week, and then taking turns cooking during the week. There are also quite a few that you can make, and eat all week long.
