The Meltdown 2010 has become part of my lifestyle! It just feels so normal now. I am so thankful for Dax offering this program to us all. This has been such a blessing for me, and I feel wonderful starting off the year like this.
Ok, enough musshy stuff! I am still doing great on my eating and on my workouts. I do think that it has helped me more than I will ever know, having my husband doing this with me. We have been a team, and have been there to keep each other accountable.
If you are a husband or wife, I have to encourage you to do this with your spouse. There are some workouts that we do together, and I think that it makes me try harder when we do.
We have also turned this into a game. Each day, we can get up to 2 points. One point for working out, and one point for eating good all day. The first to 100 points gets the prize of their choice. This has been fun, probably because I am winning, but that is besides the point
Find ways to make it fun, and your success rate will be higher!
