Today is the end of day 2 on Meltdown 2010. This was a challenging day for me. You would think that a weekend day would be easier to get all of your workouts in, but it does not seem to be that way.
I still have a horrible headache from no coffee, and I am so sore I can barely put my shoes on. I am hoping that tomorrow, the headache will start to fade away. It kills me to think that I was so hooked on something that it could leave me like this. I have not taken any pain medication for the headaches, just to remind myself of why I don’t need coffee.
I had more fun with my workouts today, probably because I had done them before, and felt more comfortable. These workouts work me harder than any other workouts I have done, and I am doing them in my own home.
I know I promised pictures, but I do not have them yet.
I do have my measurements, so here they are:
weight: 104.6 lbs
chest: 31.5″
waist: 29″
arm: 9.75″
hips: 31.5″
thighs: 20.25″
Wow! That took a lot to post these. Who knows how are it will be to post the pictures. I will check in tomorrow to let you know how day 3 goes.
