Today is my first day on the Dax Moy Meltdown 2010 30 Day Challenge. Let me tell you what my day has been like.
The very first thing is coffee! On this challenge, caffeine is out. A person like me hearing this knows there is going to be trouble. I was drinking about 3 pots of coffee per day. This is not going to be ab easy transition for me. Today I have been extra moody, and feel just out of sorts. I feel like I have a cloud over my head.
Going though this day has helped me realize how addicted to coffee I was. This is something that needs to change. The only thing that should be controlling me is God, not coffee.
Next is the workouts. I am used to working out, but not the way Dax has me work out. I thought I was in pretty good shape, but after today, I know that I have a long way to go.
This challenge is exactly what I need in my life. Instead of looking at how challenging this day has been, and am looking ahead to after the challenge, and how great I will feel. I will probably be in the best shape I have ever been, my diet will be right where it needs to be, and I will be free of my caffeine addiction.
I did not get my before picture taken today, but I will do that first thing in the morning and post them here tomorrow. Let me tell you something about before pictures; the only time you are ok with posting them anywhere is when you have an awesome after picture right next to it. This is going to help keep me to this challenge.
I can’t wait to see the results that are gained from this!
