We are getting ready to start a new year, and most of us are looking for a change of some kind. I am looking to change my diet, and the foods that I crave.
I was doing great at things that I ate, but seemed to start slipping up more and more. I also suffer from what the doctors call IBS, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, although I think it is more of a food allergy.
This new year is going to start different! I have joined the 2010 Meltdown Challenge with Dax Moy and I am so excited about it. I am not sure exactly what to expect from this challenge, but I know that is probably a good thing.
Dax Moy is the author of the Elimination Diet and of the Elimination Diet Cookbook. This will be used exclusively during this challenge, and I know that I am going to see great results just from that part.
The Elimination Diet is basically clean eating, and who could not benefit from that? I know I could use it.
There are so many people that are allergic to wheat and gluten that do not even know it. Eliminating them from your diet will help you find out if you are, and also help you to see how much better you feel without them in your body.
