			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So many times in my life I have failed a something that I had my heart set on accomplishing.  Failure can be SO discouraging.  When you fall, it can be almost impossible to get back up.</p>
<p>This applies to everything in our lives.  Failure makes us quitters. But why?  Why don&#8217;t we just keep trying, but try harder?</p>
<p>I saw a video of a man named Nick Vujicic and was so inspired.  Daily, he is faced with so many things that could make him want to give up.  He has overcome so many obstacles in his life, but he does, and he does it with joy.  When Nick was born, we was missing all of his limbs.  I find it impossible to imagine what he has to overcome daily.</p>
<p>Nick is such an example to us all.</p>
<p>Please check out this video and see what I am talking about.</p>

<p>What a warrior!  I am sure you can see what I am talking about now.  Why do we let  tiny challenges like working out, and eating right seem like they are impossible?  It is not!  It is all about your mindset and overcoming challenges in you life.</p>
<p>Look at what Nick did.  He sees what most would see as a problem, and uses it as a way to reach others and help them.</p>
<p>Here is another shining example of overcoming challenges in our lives.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Is it possible to <strong>lose weight with your own body</strong>?  I am sure you are thinking that this is some kind of a trick question, but it is not!</p>
<p>There are many different things that you can do to lose weight with no equipment, and no weights!  If you are hoping to lose weight and get into shape, but have no time to go to a gym, and no equipment at home, please do not think that there is no hope for you.  It is possible!</p>
<p>It helps to have a <a href="http://www.waystoburnfatquickly.com/goto/tt-bodyweight-cardio.php" target="_blank">bodyweight program</a> to follow, but you can also create your own as well.  There are programs available that will work you through different body weight workouts that are specifically designed to help you sculpt your body.</p>
<p>One thing that I like to do is called a body weight circuit.  This can be a nice change instead of an interval.  It is a combo of things like squats, lunges, push up&#8217;s, jumping jacks, and other things that you don&#8217;t need weights for.</p>
