Whenever I am working out at the gym, I see so many people spending a TON of time on the Ab Bench, and doing crunches. But, how do you lose belly fat? What is the secret? Is the Ab Bench the answer? How about crunches? How about the Ab Roller?
The answer is not just doing ab exercises, but rather working your entire body! Here is news that most people do not know. Ready? YOU do NOT get to pick were you lose fat first. Usually, the place that bothers you the most, like your belly fat, will be the last thing to go!
This does not mean that you will not lose there, but it will probably be the last thing that you are totally pleased with.
In order to burn belly fat, you have to burn fat ALL OVER your body. This invloves an entire body workout! If you are not currently doing a total body workout, check out Turbulence Training or Fit Yummy Mummy. Theses are programs that I have done, and still do, and have had life changing results!
