Is it possible to lose weight with your own body? I am sure you are thinking that this is some kind of a trick question, but it is not!
There are many different things that you can do to lose weight with no equipment, and no weights! If you are hoping to lose weight and get into shape, but have no time to go to a gym, and no equipment at home, please do not think that there is no hope for you. It is possible!
It helps to have a bodyweight program to follow, but you can also create your own as well. There are programs available that will work you through different body weight workouts that are specifically designed to help you sculpt your body.
One thing that I like to do is called a body weight circuit. This can be a nice change instead of an interval. It is a combo of things like squats, lunges, push up’s, jumping jacks, and other things that you don’t need weights for.
