Hello everyone! Yes, you got it, I am starting another challenge. This shows you that even though I know what to do to stay in shape and eat right, you still have to be committed and stay consistent with what you do. I am taking another challenge from Dax Moy, because he knows how to kick my butt, and I would love for you to follow me through my journey. The challenge is called the 30 Day MAP Fat Loss Challenge. You can get more information at the London Personal Training Studios web site. I will be strictly following the Elimination Diet and Dax’s instructions on workouts.
