Day 9 on the MAP challenge! I am so glad that I am doing this challenge, and have enjoyed doing it along with my husband Tony. There is one workout that we always do together, and we have a blast. It is one of the hardest workouts, and you have 20 minutes to get through all of it, so it is encouraging for me to see him going strong, and it keeps me going strong too.
I have also enjoyed doing the Elimination Diet. This is something that I need to be on all year because it makes me feel so much better. I have no stomach bloating or pain, and I just feel great!
