Day 3 on the 30 Day MAP Fat Loss Challenge and I am feeling a little better. Today I was able to eat more and go workouts. I feel so much better when I eat only Elimination Diet food and leave out all the other crap! I am learning that planning ahead for my meals, and prepping ahead of time is paying off big time.
Having good, supportive foods have helped me stay on the right track. You normally grab foods that are bad for you because they are there and they are quick. Planning ahead makes choosing healthy foods just as easy.
