This is my post for day one of the 30 day MAP Fat Loss Challenge with Day Moy. I have already planned my menu, gone to the grocery store and prepped anything I could to be ready for the week.
I am so excited to see the results and am putting my diet, my fitness and my mind in the hands of Dax Moy for the next 30 days.
The workouts are hard, but worth it. Eating right can be hard (at first), but it is worth it!!
